Our Strategic Plan

2020 - 2025

A breakdown of the Synapse Arts' company shown in a color wheel.

Synapse Arts’ Strategic Plan, spanning 2020-2025, made creating a shared leadership model a primary goal.

Eventually shaped into an organizational chart called the “Color Wheel”, it sets up one director to handle each of the three core programs that make up Synapse Arts, intentionally decentralizing Damon as the driver of the company and making room for the growth of more creative voices.

Synapse Arts' 2026-2029 Organizational Chart is currently being updated to better reflect our most current updates.
